A separate, optional pilot

This notice covers the website’s construction pilot, operated by R4AI LLC. Processing opens only when the construction service and pilot invitations are configured. It is separate from local recording in the R43D Capture app.

A submission requires permission to use the property media and agreement to contribute the reconstruction and feedback to R43D’s improvement process. A publicly viewable listing does not automatically grant permission to reuse its media.

What you submit

We receive the property link, its available authorized evidence, the construction history, and your pilot participant identifier. The website uses an essential browser session cookie to restrict access to your submissions.

When you select Capture & comment, the property renderer captures that view and its camera position. You review the screenshot, write a note, and choose Submit feedback. It does not capture your desktop, other tabs, microphone, or camera.

Construction and improvement

Submissions are used to assess coverage, construct a digital property, review reported issues, and create revisions using the proposed fixes you select. Reports are attached to the property version they describe.

Consented evidence, reports, correction proposals, and verified outcomes may be reviewed to improve R43D’s general reconstruction process and evaluation coverage. An unverified report is not treated as a confirmed fact or automatically promoted into an engine change.

Storage and processing

The pilot stores its records separately from temporary GPU processing machines so turning a worker off does not discard a submission. Authorized processing and hosting providers may handle the information needed to perform these tasks. The GPU provider has not yet been selected; provider details and retention periods must be documented before public processing is enabled.

Pilot records and screenshots are for the contributor and authorized R43D operators, not a public feedback feed. Delivered viewer access depends on the configured hosting service. Do not submit confidential interiors or personal information until that access arrangement has been agreed.

Your choices and requests

Submitting a listing, sending each screenshot, and requesting a new revision are separate actions. You can close the feedback form before submitting. Avoid people, documents, and private details that are unnecessary to explain the issue.

Contact ben@r43d.io about access, withdrawal from improvement use, or deletion. Include the construction ID, not a private screenshot, in your initial message. We will identify related records, processing copies and any applicable retention obligations before confirming completion.
